Merci is a micro-bakery inspired by French tradition and crafted with an American twist. Sofia Perez, pastry chef and co-owner, began her journey in Paris—where she met her husband, Job. With his shared passion for hospitality and their dream of building something together, they co-founded Merci. Baked every weekend with care and quality ingredients, Merci offers flaky croissants, pillowy cinnamon rolls, and rich pains au chocolat, all created with a love for simple pleasures.
